Brand × Agency Matchmaking is Oddity’s core foundational service, offered at no cost to the brand.
It's pretty simple really. Brands work with our team to find the right agency partner for any marketing need. If a brand appoints an agency we introduce, that agency pays Oddity a finder’s fee. The brand pays us nothing, ever.

Creative Recruiting
Creative Recruiting grew naturally from our deep understanding of the creative landscape.
