With more than 60 years of combined experience, the Oddity team has had the privilege of working in—and alongside—dozens of agencies across a wide range of disciplines and industries. That firsthand exposure gives us a deep, practical understanding of how agencies actually operate beyond the pitch: how they think, how they execute, and how they show up when things get difficult.
Every agency in our network is vetted through an extensive interview process designed to uncover core competencies, working style, and real-world performance. We speak directly with past and current clients to understand what it’s truly like to partner with the agency, not just what they claim to do well. From there, we apply a simple but uncompromising test: would we hire this agency ourselves for the specific situation at hand? If the answer is anything less than a confident yes, we don’t recommend them. Our priority is not filling a roster—it’s identifying the right fit for each brand’s unique goals, constraints, and moment in time.
