What exactly does Oddity do?

Oddity is a brand + agency matchmaking service. We help brands find the right agency partner based on needs, budget, culture, and capabilities—not whoever raised their hand fastest.

Does this cost brands anything?

No. Brands never pay us a fee. If you select an agency that we introduce, we receive a finder's fee from the agency as part of the project agreement. This ensures the brand has full control over who they choose.

Are you an agency?

While there are a few clients that we do the work for, we typically don't do the work, manage the work, or touch deliverables. We primarily exist to help brands find the right partner they may never has met before, then step out of the way.

How is this different from a traditional agency search or RFP process?

An RFP process is exactly that, a process. It's slow, bloated, and biased towards big names. We're faster, more selective, and focused on fit– not optics or pitch theater. We already have the network of agencies, we just pair you with the right ones.

How do you decide which agencies to recommend?

We vet agencies based on experience, specialization, pricing models, team structure, culture, and past results. If we wouldn’t hire them ourselves, we don’t recommend them.

How many agencies will you introduce to us?

Usually 2-4. Enough to give you real options to evaluate, but not so many that decision-making turns into paralysis. Our method is designed to be efficient and simple so that you can make the best decision for your organization.

What types of projects do you support?

Branding, creative, strategy, digital, content, media, web and integrated campaigns. We have also recently onboarded AI-driven agencies to help with process integration and develop internal tools.

Do you work with agencies of all sizes?

Yes, but not all agencies. We favor sharp, proven teams over bloated rosters and empty promises. However, our network consists of agencies with just a handful of employees to global giants that employ over 60,000. 

How long does the process usually take?

Most matches happen within 2-3 weeks. Faster if the scope is clear, slower if it's still forming.

What happens after we choose an agency?

We hand you off for onboarding–but we don't disappear. We stay in light-touch contact throughout the engagement to ensure things are working as expected. 

What happens if the agency relationship isn't working out?

We step in, diagnose the issue, and help course-correct—or help you find a better-fit partner if needed.

Do you work with early-stage or smaller brands?

Yes, as long as the project is real and the budget is realistic. We won’t force-fit you into an agency that doesn’t make sense.

Can agencies apply to be apart of your network?

Yes, we encourage it—but it’s selective. We’ve screened well over 200 agencies globally and have worked with 115+ of them across a wide range of disciplines. Not every agency is a fit, and that’s intentional. We only introduce agencies we trust to do great work and represent brands well.
